This offer contains the main provisions, terms, and rules that define the conditions for providing services by mint-change.ru to its clients. Before using the service, the user must accept all conditions set forth below. Only after agreeing to each of them may the user proceed to use the service. 1.1. mint-change.ru Service (hereinafter — the Service) — a platform providing individuals and legal entities with the ability to conduct operations with electronic currency, including exchange, purchase, and sale. These operations are performed through specialized software available at mint-change.ru.
1.2. User — an individual or legal entity that fully agrees with the terms of this offer and uses the services of mint-change.ru.
1.3. Payment System — a software complex created by a third party that manages electronic money, digital currencies, and other financial obligations, providing settlements between users and other functions. Within this agreement, the main payment systems include: Yandex.Money, BTC, Perfect Money, QIWI, Payeer, and others. The full list is always available on mint-change.ru.
1.4. Electronic Money (Electronic Currency) — monetary or other financial obligations that arise between persons using this currency and its issuer, represented in digital form.
1.5. Operations (Payments) — actions including transfers of digital currency (electronic money) from one account to another.
1.6. Order — a specific intention of a visitor of mint-change.ru to use the services, expressed by filling out a special electronic form on the website.
1.7. Source Electronic Currency — the electronic currency owned by the user that they wish to exchange or sell.
1.8. Received Currency — the electronic currency received by the user as a result of an exchange operation.
1.9. Parties — all users who agree with this agreement and the mint-change.ru service.
1.10. Currency Exchange — the process of exchanging electronic currencies of different payment systems.
1.11. Currency Reserves — the amount of electronic funds available to mint-change.ru for exchange operations.
1.12. Rate — the ratio of one electronic currency to another during an exchange operation.

2.1. This agreement provides users with the following services:
2.1.1. Exchange of electronic currency between each other or with cash.
2.1.2. Sale of electronic money.
2.1.3. Purchase of electronic money.
2.2. The user accepts the agreement by:
filling out an exchange request form;
registering on mint-change.ru.
2.3. Creating an exchange request confirms acceptance of the rules.
2.3.1. The agreement comes into force once funds are received by mint-change.ru.
2.3.2. The agreement terminates once funds are transferred to the user or the request is canceled.
2.4. Electronic acceptance is legally equivalent to written agreement.
2.5. mint-change.ru may change the agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
3.1. The agreement applies to exchange, purchase, and sale of electronic currency.
3.2. The user pays a service fee specified in the exchange request.
3.3. The fee is included in the exchange rate.
3.4. The user receives full information about rates before confirming the request.
3.5. The rate is not fixed at request creation. It is fixed when funds are received and recalculated according to the ByBit exchange rate.
3.6. Service costs are included in the exchange rate.
4.1. A user request is equivalent to ordering a service.
4.2. The interface allows managing exchange operations.
4.3. Requests are processed according to Privacy Policy and AML Policy.
4.4. Operations follow payment system rules.
4.5. Completed operations are irreversible.
4.6. If funds are not received within 60 minutes, the request is canceled.
4.7. Late funds are returned within 48 hours at user expense.
4.8. If the sent amount differs, the service may cancel and return funds.
4.9. Users may request cancellation within 48 hours if no blocking occurs.
